Initial enquiry: Offer local, cost effective IT Support.

Problem: Internal IT support no longer needed, but staff and customers require problems to be resolved quickly, several systems and servers in place which are monitored internally.

Onteck’s Solution: During our initial consultation we discovered that their It infrastructure was not running as efficiently as it could be. We offered a solution which allowed them to save money and with remote monitoring of their servers. We offered on site support, back-up systems, upgraded anti-spam and created a bespoke IT support designed around the company’s needs. The company now has a secure, safe and monitored system with on-site support as and when required.
